Return Policy

Please be sure it inspect your pretties upon receiving. We have a 14 day store credit or exchange policy. If 14 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as purchased with original tags. Unfortunately, we do not pay for return postage. A store credit will be issued after we have received and processed your return.  

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products must be made within 14 days of receipt of merchandise. Jewelry, clearance items and gift certificates are non-refunded.
